Environment-friendly flame-retardant plate and production method
The invention discloses an environment-friendly flame-retardant plate. The environment-friendly flame-retardant plate comprises a cement-based mortar plate and gridding cloth inlaid in the cement-based mortar plate; a plurality of layers of gridding cloth parallel to the cement-based mortar plate are connected to one another through inorganic alkali-resisting sewing threads; a gap is reserved between each two adjacent layers of gridding cloth; and the gridding cloth is basalt fiber gridding cloth, carbon fiber gridding cloth and/or alkali-resisting glass fiber gridding cloth. The invention also discloses a production method of the environment-friendly flame-retardant plate. The production method comprises the following steps of connecting the gridding cloth by using the inorganic alkali-resisting sewing threads; fixing the gridding cloth and the inorganic alkali-resisting sewing threads by using sizing adhesives; placing the fixed gridding cloth and the fixed inorganic alkali-resisting sewing threads in a grouting mould; pouring conditioned liquid cement-based mortar in the grouting mould; taking out a mortar plate containing the grinding cloth inside after solidification; and completely drying the mortar plate to obtain the finished environment-friendly flame-retardant plate. The environment-friendly flame-retardant plate has the advantages of light self weight, high strength, high toughness, fireproofing, waterproofness, crack resistance, sound insulation, sawability, zero harmful substance leakage, ageing resistance and quite long service life.
