Prefabricated and assembled large-board shear wall structure with concealed bracings
A prefabricated and assembled large-board shear wall structure with concealed bracings comprises upper large prefabricated reinforced concrete boards with concealed bracings, lower large prefabricated reinforced concrete boards with concealed bracings and cast-in-place concrete. Each large prefabricated reinforced concrete board with concealed bracings comprises a prefabricated wall board, four corner gaps, preserved grooves, distributed steel bars, lattice steel bars, longitudinal bars and stirrups of embedded columns, square steel pipes, X-shaped diagonal steel bracings and annular reinforcing bars. The embedded column square steel pipes and the X-shaped diagonal steel bracings of the large prefabricated reinforced concrete boards with concealed bracings are welded through L-shape angle steel to form a steel framework and are jointly stressed with a steel bar net and the concrete. Reinforcing ribs are arranged at the tops of the square steel pipes and extend into the upper-layer square steel pipes for certain distances. The four corner gaps are provided with gap steel bars, and the annular reinforcing bars are arranged in the middle groove-shaped gap areas. The four corner gaps are indirectly in lap joint with the gap steel bars through connecting steel bars, and the annular reinforcing bars are inserted into the middle groove-shaped gap areas through connecting steel bars in an indirect lap joint mode. The prefabricated and assembled large-board shear wall structure with the concealed bracings is more reliable in vertical connection and better in integrality and has multiple obvious anti-seismic defense lines, and the bearing capacity is remarkably improved.
