Detachable full-concealed installation structure for gypsum ceilings and installation method
The invention provides a detachable full-concealed installation structure for gypsum ceilings and an installation method. The structure comprises aluminum alloy main keels, paint-dried triangular keels, aluminum alloy inlaid strips and the gypsum ceilings. The two opposite sides, provided with back ribs, of each gypsum ceiling are provided with installation grooves respectively. The cross sections of the aluminum alloy inlaid strips are each in a right-angle shape. The transverse right-angle edges of the aluminum alloy inlaid strips and the installation grooves of the gypsum ceilings are assembled and connected. Arc-shaped installation grooves are formed in the vertical right-angle edges of the aluminum alloy inlaid strips. The upper ends of the vertical right-angle edges are each in a wedge shape. The paint-dried triangular keels are assembled on the lower portions of the aluminum alloy main keels through installation holes. The lower ends of every two adjacent paint-dried triangular keels are assembled together with and connected with the arc-shaped installation grooves of the aluminum alloy inlaid strips on the two opposite sides of the corresponding gypsum ceiling respectively. The invention further provides the installation method of the detachable full-concealed installation structure for the gypsum ceilings. The aims of detachable full-concealed installation can be achieved, the installation effect is better, and the requirement for market development can be better met.
