The invention discloses an LED external wallboard prefabricated part which comprises a concrete plate, wherein an LED circuit layer and a double-layer rebar frame are sequentially poured in the concrete plate from top to bottom; multiple LEDs (light-emitting diodes) are connected onto the LED circuit layer and are partially exposed out of the concrete plate; conducting wires in the LED circuit layer partially stretch out of the concrete plate; rebars in the double-layer rebar frame partially stretch out of the concrete plate. Through modularized production of an LED circuit and multiple layers of rebars, and when the LED external wallboard prefabricated part is mounted, all needed is to mutually weld rebars of an external wallboard, mutually connect the circuits, and fill the connecting gaps with concrete, so that the mounting is simple and convenient, the cost for mounting LEDs on the external wallboard for the second time is reduced, high standard, firmness and durability are realized, wiring is in the concrete, and damage is unlikely to cause; the cost can be effectively reduced after industrialized production in batches.
