The invention discloses a grout sleeve for reinforcement connection and a reinforcement connecting method. The grout sleeve comprises a metal sleeve, two sealing rings, a limiting piece and a grout structure; two reinforcements are connected with each other via the metal sleeve; the two sealing rings are respectively arranged at two ends of the metal sleeve; the limiting piece is arranged in the middle of the metal sleeve and limits the two reinforcements; the grout structure is formed by grout materials filled in a cavity between the metal sleeve and the two reinforcements; the metal sleeve is fish-belly-shaped; the two reinforcements comprise a first reinforcement and a second reinforcement; the first reinforcement is inserted in the metal sleeve from left to right; the second reinforcement is inserted in the metal sleeve from right to left; the first reinforcement and the second reinforcement are arranged on a central axis of the metal sleeve; an exhausting hole is formed in a side wall of the right side of the metal sleeve; and a grout hole is formed in a side wall of the left side of the metal sleeve. The reinforcement connecting method comprises the following steps of (1) reinforcement inserting, (2) mounting of an exhausting tube and a grouting tube, (3) grouting, and (4) maintaining. The grout sleeve is reasonable in design, convenient to implement and good in using effect; and the reinforcements can be connected with each other simply, conveniently, quickly and reliably.
