Inorganic decorative insulation composite board and production method thereof
The invention provides an inorganic decorative insulation composite board, which is of a three-layer composite structure composed of a decorative face layer, a base board layer and an insulation board layer. The decorative face layer is prepared with quartz sand, black sand, yellow sand, cement, redispersible emulsion powder, iron oxide pigment, a water reducing agent, a thickening agent, a defoaming agent and water. The base board layer is made of a cement board or calcium silicate board. The insulation board layer is made of a foamed cement insulation board or rock wool insulation board. The invention further provides a production method of the inorganic decorative insulation composite board. The inorganic decorative insulation composite board and the production method thereof help overcome the defects of the prior art; by using inorganic materials as raw materials and using the optimized production method, the strength, fireproof performance and insulating performance of the composite board are effectively improved; the production method further has the advantages such as operational simplicity and easiness and capability of adapting to factory large-scale production.
