The invention discloses a noiseless floor. The noiseless floor comprises a PVC abrasion-resisting layer, a PVC color film layer, a PVC base slice layer and a PVC foaming layer which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence. Hot pressing is conducted between the PVC abrasion-resisting layer and the PVC color film layer, hot pressing is conducted between the PVC color film layer and the PVC base slice layer, the PVC base slice layer and the PVC foaming layer are bonded, and the PVC foaming layer is a PVC foaming board made of PVC composite materials. The PVC composite materials comprise, by weight, 40-60 parts of PVC, 40-60 parts of light calcium carbonate, 0.8-1.2 parts of inorganic/organic composite foaming agents, 3-5 parts of foaming modifier, 2-4 parts of flexibilizer, 0.8-1.2 parts of lubricant, 1.5-2.5 parts of stabilizer, 3-5 parts of plant fiber and less than 1.5 parts of brightening agents. The PVC product is high in structural strength and good in foaming performance, and a satisfactory noiseless effect is achieved.
