The invention provides a non-mold construction technology of an environment-friendly high-strength micro-expansive grouting material. Main performance, setting time, water and material proportion, mechanical stirring sequence and mechanical stirring time of the environment-friendly high-strength micro-expansion grouting material are strictly controlled; during pouring, the environment-friendly high-strength micro-expansion grouting material is conveyed by a plunger pump; compressed air is also used during pouring; a material surface is slicked by a scraper on a pouring tube during pouring; and by the technology and a construction method, non-mold construction pouring of the environment-friendly high-strength micro-expansive grouting material is implemented. By the construction technology, during mixing, the amount of dust is small, uniformity is high, form boards can be omitted, the labor intensity of an operator is reduced, consumption of materials such as the form boards is avoided, labor and time are saved, resilience value is small, pouring rate and production rate are high, and cost is reduced; during construction, components are embedded, projects can be concealed, and quality of pouring slurry is visual, and detection and control are facilitated; and construction period is shortened, construction cost is reduced, and enterprise benefit and social benefit are maximum.
