A novel multifunctional glue injector comprises a glue injection barrel. A glue injection nozzle is arranged at the front end of the glue injection barrel. A rear cover is arranged at the rear end of the glue injection barrel. A connection hole is formed in the rear cover. A push rod is inserted in the connection hole. A spring is arranged around the push rod. A rebounding part is arranged on the inner side of the rear cover. The spring makes contact with the rebounding part after being pressed. The push rod is connected with a glue injection piston which is connected with the glue injection nozzle. The rebounding part is arranged on the glue injector so that the spring can rebound fast, the return time of the spring is shortened, and work efficiency of the glue injector is improved; a blocking plug is arranged on the glue injector, and therefore the glue injector can be conveniently used; when the glue injector is not used, the glue injector can be blocked in time, and glue in the glue injector is prevented from leaking.
