The disabled can control stepping motors on the doors and the window to move through operation of the head portion, so that the doors and the window are controlled to be opened and closed. The stepping motor controlled type door and window system is reasonable in design, simple in structure and suitable for optimization design of rooms used by high-paraplegia patients.
