Method for stripping two-dimensional nano Ti3C2 lamella by adopting microwave heating assisted ultrasonic method
The invention provides a method for stripping a two-dimensional nano Ti3C2 lamella by adopting a microwave heating assisted ultrasonic method, relating to the field of nano ceramic material synthesis and preparation and aiming to solve the technical problem in existing methods that the proportion of multiple layers of Ti3C2 sheets still adhered together in the products is far greater than the proportion of single layer or several layers of nanosheets in the products during preparation. The method comprises the following steps: I. preparing Ti3AlC2 powder; II. etching off the element Al with hydrofluoric acid; III and IV. carrying out microwave heating and insulating; and V. carrying out centrifugation; VI. carrying out oscillatory dispersion, suction filtration and drying. The method has the beneficial effects that the lamella can be effectively stripped through ultrasonic dispersion after adopting microwave heating, and the effects better than the effects achieved by only adopting ultrasonic dispersion can be obtained; the method is simple in implementation process, has high efficiency and has stronger popularization and application values; and the method is used for preparing the two-dimensional nano Ti3C2 lamella.
