The invention relates to a production process of a high-performance standard autoclaved brick, belonging to the field of building materials and relating to a method for producing a high-performance standard autoclaved brick under an autoclaved condition by taking building wastes, nonferrous metal mineral wastes, coal ash, carbide slag and the like as base materials and additionally adding other auxiliary raw materials. The production process is a technology for producing the high-performance standard autoclaved brick under the autoclaved condition through the steps of pressing nonferrous metal mineral wastes, coal ash, carbide slag, quick lime and cement by additionally adding other adjuvants to form an initial blank of an interior brick; coating a layer of specially-made adhesive D on the surface of the initial blank of the interior brick; then, mixing the building wastes, the coal ash, the quick lime, desulfurized gypsum, the cement and the like, and packing the initial blank of the interior brick; and finally, carrying out compression molding. The high-performance standard autoclaved brick produced by using the production process has the characteristics of high strength, low shrinkage, low cost, excellent performance and the like; and the materials and structures of the interior brick and an exterior brick are regulated, so that the defects of cracking and poor shrinkage resistance of the autoclaved brick with high building waste content are overcome.
