Inorganic-organic composite fireproof thermal-insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to an inorganic-organic composite fireproof thermal-insulation board and a preparation method thereof. The thermal-insulation board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-1000 parts of magnesium chloride, 200-1000 parts of magnesium oxide, 100-500 parts of diatomite, 50-100 parts of polystyrene, 1-10 parts of setting accelerator, 1-10 parts of foaming agent and 1-10 parts of halogenide-resistant modifier. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring the magnesium chloride and setting accelerator; adding the foaming agent, and stirring to form a foamed solution; adding the magnesium oxide and modified diatomite, stirring uniformly, adding the halogenide-resistant modifier and polystyrene particle, and continuously stirring; curing in a mold; and demolding to form. The inorganic-organic composite fireproof thermal-insulation board develops the diatomite resource which is most suitable to be used as the thermal-insulation building material; the diatomite with unique diatomite structure, which has the advantages of small volume weight, low density, favorable binding force with the material substrate and the like, can ensure the thermal-insulation property of the board and enhance the fireproof property and flame retardancy of the board when being used as the aggregate of the fireproof thermal-insulation board, thereby solving the contradiction between the fireproof property and thermal insulation in the existing thermal-insulation board.
