Technological method for treating stainless steel pickling sludge
A technological method for treating stainless steel pickling sludge is disclosed. According to the method, a proper amount of a reducing agent is uniformly mixed in stainless steel pickling sludge, and the stainless steel pickling sludge mixed with the reducing agent is sintered into bricks in a reducing atmosphere according to processing steps of preheating period, reducing period, thermal insulation period and cooling period and the like; a proper amount of the reducing agent is uniformly mixed in the stainless steel pickling sludge and the stainless steel pickling sludge is sintered into bricks in the reducing atmosphere; weight ratio of the reducing agent (added amount) to the stainless steel pickling sludge (converted into dry weight) is 1:30-1000; and parameters of the reducing atmosphere are that concentration of O2 is less than or equal to 6% and concentration of CO is greater than or equal to 6%. Existence of lots of Cr<6+> is minimized by the technology. After sintering into bricks, a few Cr<6+> and other heavy metals are also solidified in bricks and will not water-leached out. Thus, the technology is safer. The stainless steel pickling sludge is a main raw material in the invention and has an obvious effect of reducing Cr<6+>. Reduction rate of Cr<6+> can reach 99% and above.
