The invention discloses a paper mill sludge brick making technique. The technique comprises the steps of adding water to a sterilization pool containing paper mill sludge; pumping disinfection gas into the sterilization pool for disinfection for 1-2 h; dewatering the paper mill sludge based on the dewatering rate of 30-45%; blending 15-20 weight parts of paper mill sludge, 5-10 weight parts of coal slag, 50-70 weight parts of clay, 10-20 weight parts of zinc oxide ultrafine powder, 15-20 weight parts of feldspar ultrafine powder, and 20-30 weight parts of sewage treatment agent in a blending basin and conducting stirring for 20-30 min; conducting extrusion on the mixture to form blank strips, cutting the blank strips into green bricks, and sintering the green bricks for 1-3 h at the temperature of 600-700 DEG C. The technique is purely ecological, safe and environment-friendly. Products generated after decomposition are water and oxygen which are harmless to people and livestock, no residue is generated, and corrosion is avoided.
