Mechanical device for producing square fused silica ceramic crucible
The present invention discloses a mechanical device for producing a square fused silica ceramic crucible, and belongs to the field of fused silica ceramics. The mechanical device comprises a graphite forming mold (1), an electric arc furnace (2), a spray machine (3) and a kiln (4); the device is characterized in that a fused obtuse quartz sand inlet (5) is provided on the graphite forming mold (1); a first conveyor (6) is provided between the graphite forming mold (1) and the electric arc furnace (2); a second conveyor (7) is provided between the electric arc furnace (2) and the spray machine (3); a high-pressure water inlet (8) and a sewage outlet (9) are provided on the spray machine (3); a third conveyor (10) is provided between the spray machine (3) and the kiln (4); and a coal gas inlet (11) and a product outlet (12) are provided on the kiln (4). The device is dedicated for polysilicon production and large-diameter single crystal silicon pulling.
