The preparation process comprises the following steps: raw material selection, liquid preparation, coprecipitation, concentration, hydrothermal reaction, washing, drying, examination and the like. Nano-ferrite particles prepared by virtue of the preparation method are uniform, difficult to aggregate and high in crystallinity and activity and can meet the low temperature sintering requirement of stacked inductors.
