Novel fireproof cement foamed thermal-insulation material for exterior wall and production process thereof
The invention provides a novel fireproof cement foamed thermal-insulation material for an exterior wall. The novel fireproof cement foamed thermal-insulation material comprises, by mass, 63% of cement, 30% of fly ash, 4% of a foaming agent, 0.8% of a waterproof agent, 0.5% of fiber, 1.7% of an accelerator and 2 to 5% of slag. A production process for the material comprises the following steps: batching; stirring; pouring and molding; foaming; cutting; and packaging. The novel fireproof cement foamed thermal-insulation material has the advantages of long service life, reduction in production cost due to utilization of a great amount of industrial waste materials, strong bonding force with cement and good fireproof performance.
