Anti-slip liquid, anti-slip member and preparation methods therefor
The present invention provides an anti-slip liquid. The anti-slip liquid is a reaction product comprising the following reaction components: 0.2-5 wt.% of a polymer; 0.5-10 wt.% of silicon dioxide particles, wherein the average particle size of the silica particles is less than or equal to 60 nm; 1-10 wt.% of first silane, wherein the general formula of the first silane is shown as R1aSi(OR)4-a-bR2b, and value a is 0-3; when the value a is 0, value b is 0; when a value is 1, b value is 0-2; when the value a is 2, the value b is 0-1; when the value a is 3, the value b is 0; and R represents an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms, R1 represents a hydrocarbyl group with an epoxy functional group, and R2 represents an alkyl group having 1-2 carbon atoms; 80-97 wt.% of water; and an acid. The pH value of the anti-slip liquid is less than or equal to 5. The above weight percentages are based on a total weight of the anti-slip liquid of 100 wt.%. The anti-slip liquid provided by the present invention is capable of forming a non-slip coating on a substrate surface so as to obtain an anti-slip member with a good anti-slip performance.

The present invention provides an anti-slip liquid. The anti-slip liquid is a reaction product comprising the following reaction components: 0.2-5 wt.% of a polymer; 0.5-10 wt.% of silicon dioxide particles, wherein the average particle size of the silica particles is less than or equal to 60 nm; 1-10 wt.% of first silane, wherein the general formula of the first silane is shown as R1aSi(OR)4-a-bR2b, and value a is 0-3; when the value a is 0, value b is 0; when a value is 1, b value is 0-2; when the value a is 2, the value b is 0-1; when the value a is 3, the value b is 0; and R represents an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms, R1 represents a hydrocarbyl group with an epoxy functional group, and R2 represents an alkyl group having 1-2 carbon atoms; 80-97 wt.% of water; and an acid. The pH value of the anti-slip liquid is less than or equal to 5. The above weight percentages are based on a total weight of the anti-slip liquid of 100 wt.%. The anti-slip liquid provided by the present invention is capable of forming a non-slip coating on a substrate surface so as to obtain an anti-slip member with a good anti-slip performance.
