Flat rotation type bascule bridge
The invention discloses a flat rotation type bascule bridge. The flat rotation type bascule bridge comprises a first bridge abutment, a main bridge, a second bridge abutment, a hydraulic system and a control system, wherein a first limit, a proximity switch and a slide way are mounted on the first bridge abutment; the main bridge is fixedly connected with spindles of a rotation mechanism through a flange plate; the rotation mechanism and a power device are mounted on the second bridge abutment adjacently; the power device drives the main bridge to rotate along with the first spindle; a second limit, a proximity switch, a first lock, a second lock, the hydraulic system and the control system are mounted on the second bridge abutment. Before the bridge is opened, the first lock is unlocked first, the main bridge is then driven to rotate forwardly, the second limit limits the rotation of the bridge when the bridge is opened to 90 degrees, the proximity switches detect signals and shut down power, and the bridge is locked by the second lock. Before the bridge is closed, the second locked is unlocked first, the main bridge is then driven to rotate reversely to be in position, the first limit limits the bridge, the proximity switches detect signals and shut down power, and the bridge is locked by the first lock. The flat rotary type bascule bridge has the characteristics of safety and stability in the opening and closing processes of the bridge.
