The method is simple and convenient; the manufactured steel strand inhaul cable is good in tension-resisting strength and flexibility, high in damping and good in ageing resistance, wear resistance and damping performance; the corrosion prevention capacity of the steel strand inhaul cable can be greatly improved, and the service life of the steel strand inhaul cable can be prolonged; and the n is larger than or equal to 1.
