A track accumulated sand cleaning device comprises a wheel type rack (1) which is matched with a guide rail (2). The wheel type rack (1) is provided with a power system and controls the rack to move on the guide rail. The downward position of the rack (1) is provided with a plurality of sand suction pipes (3) which are connected with a negative pressure generating device (4). During use, the negative pressure generating device (4) generates negative pressure, and accumulated sand in a track is cleared away through strong force. A guiding pipe (5) is arranged at the rear end of the negative pressure generating device (4) and used for guiding the accumulated sand to the exterior of the guide rail. A filter screen is arranged at the front ends of the sand suction pipes (3) and used for isolating large-diameter materials. The pointing angle of the guiding pipe (5) can be adjusted. The accumulated sand on the railway track can be continuously sucked and cleared away, and the work efficiency of operation is improved.
