The invention discloses an inwards inclining type supporting hydraulic lifting dam. The inwards inclining type supporting hydraulic lifting dam is provided with a turnover dam body, a supporting rod and a telescopic cylinder, wherein the upper end of the supporting rod is hinged to the dam body, one end of the telescopic cylinder is hinged to the supporting rod, and the other end of the telescopic cylinder is hinged to the dam body. The length of the supporting rod meets the conditions that the supporting rod gets back in the dam body when the telescopic cylinder draws back and the other end of the supporting rod extend outs and supports the dam body when the telescopic cylinder stretches out. When the supporting rod extends out, the supporting rod is used for supporting a supporting platform at the other end of the supporting rod. A driving oil cylinder of the supporting rod is arranged above a dam surface and is free of sediment accumulation, free of pollution, long in service life and low in failure rate.
