The invention provides a support wire implanting anchor. The provided support wire implanting anchor has the following characteristics: (1) under the situation that the cutting area of an embedded hole is small, the implanting anchor can be more simply and reliably implanted in an inclined angle relative to the ground surface; (2) the work ability is improved and higher tensile resistant force can be obtained without implanting other fixing plates. One end of the rod part (11) is connected to the support wire. In another aspect, the other end is rotatably connected to the basic part of the anchor main body (12); the anchor main body (12) has a resistance plate body (12a), an inner side reinforcing plate (12b), and an outer side reinforcing plate (12c); a first knocked part (12c11) is arranged on the outer side reinforcing plate (12c), in another aspect, a second knocked part (12b11), which is knocked after the first knocked part, is arranged on a position that is higher than the position of the first knocked part (12c11).
