The invention discloses a quick constructing method for thick blanket grouting. The quick constructing method comprises the following steps that follow-pipe drilling once drilling operation is alternatively carried out through at least two drilling tools, an operating hole surrounded by lowered follow pipes is formed, and thick blanket grouting can be carried out through the operating hole; hole opening locators are arranged at end openings of the follow pipes at the hole opening position of the operating hole, and the hole opening locators are used for locating sections of sleeving valve tubes in the operating hole to the center of the operating hole; the sections of the sleeving valve tubes can be sequentially arranged in the operating holes in a sectional manner and in a manner parallel to the follow pipes through the hole opening locators; sleeving casing sizing agent is grouted into annular gaps between the sections of the sleeving valve tubes and the follow pipes until the sleeving casing sizing agent overflows out of the hole opening; and the follow pipes are quickly taken out of drilled holes after a period that the grouted sleeving casing sizing agent congeals, and grouting operation is carried out. According to the quick constructing method for the thick blanket grouting, the constructing efficiency is greatly improved, the constructing quality is effectively guaranteed, the constructing cost is reduced, and the successful accomplishment of a project is guaranteed.
