Foundation pit support system using atmospheric pressure as support force
The invention relates to a foundation pit support system using atmospheric pressure as support force in a soft soil area; a stirring pile waterproof curtain and a support pile are arranged at the inner side of the side wall of a foundation pit; a ring beam is arranged at the top of the support pile; a vertical drainage pipe is arranged at the outer side of the side wall of the foundation pit, and is connected with a vacuumizing device; a groundwater recharge ditch is formed in the outer side of the drainage pipe; an excavation free face sealing film is arranged on the inner side surface of the stirring pile waterproof curtain; and ground sealing films are arranged on the bottom surface and the outer side surface of the ring beam, on the bottom surface and the inner side surface of the groundwater recharge ditch and on the ground surface between the ring beam and the groundwater recharge ditch. The foundation pit support system has no need to arrange a support in the foundation pit, and uses the vacuumized atmospheric pressure acted on an excavation free surface as support reverse force to be balanced with lateral soil pressure generated in excavation of the foundation pit. Compared with the prior art, the foundation pit support system has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, short construction period, environmental protection, safety and reliability.

The invention relates to a foundation pit support system using atmospheric pressure as support force in a soft soil area; a stirring pile waterproof curtain and a support pile are arranged at the inner side of the side wall of a foundation pit; a ring beam is arranged at the top of the support pile; a vertical drainage pipe is arranged at the outer side of the side wall of the foundation pit, and is connected with a vacuumizing device; a groundwater recharge ditch is formed in the outer side of the drainage pipe; an excavation free face sealing film is arranged on the inner side surface of the stirring pile waterproof curtain; and ground sealing films are arranged on the bottom surface and the outer side surface of the ring beam, on the bottom surface and the inner side surface of the groundwater recharge ditch and on the ground surface between the ring beam and the groundwater recharge ditch. The foundation pit support system has no need to arrange a support in the foundation pit, and uses the vacuumized atmospheric pressure acted on an excavation free surface as support reverse force to be balanced with lateral soil pressure generated in excavation of the foundation pit. Compared with the prior art, the foundation pit support system has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost, short construction period, environmental protection, safety and reliability.
