The invention provides a safe and intelligent well lid based on the Internet of Things. The safe and intelligent well lid comprises a cylinder-shaped lid body. The lid body is provided with pulling holes. A normally opened button is arranged on the edge of the bottom surface of the lid body. A battery, a controller and a WIFI module are arranged in the lid body. The controller is connected with the battery, the normally opened button and the WIFI module. A locking mechanism is arranged on the side wall of the lid body and comprises a motor, a threaded rod connected with a motor rotary shaft, and an internal threaded pillar arranged on the threaded rod in a sleeving mode. The motor rotary shaft is parallel to the plane of the well lid, and the internal threaded pillar is located on the side far away from the center of the well lid. The controller is connected with the motor. According to the safe and intelligent well lid based on the Internet of Things, the well lid can be locked by the locking mechanism, so that the possibilities of the well lid being stolen and displaced are reduced. The well lid is capable of giving an alarm when opened, and receiving and transmitting WIFI signals, so that networking among well lids is achieved and accordingly the construction of networking transmitting stations and cost are reduced.
