The invention provides a waterproof structure at a corner part of an internal and external corner, and has the advantages that the structure is simple; the tearing cannot easily occur at the corner part of the internal and external corner; the requirement on a base layer is low; and the integrality is high. The waterproof structure at the corner part of the internal and external corner is characterized by comprising a first polyethylene foam layer, a first SBS (styrene butadiene styrene) modified asphalt layer, a reticular reinforcing layer, a second SBS modified asphalt layer and a second polyethylene foam layer, wherein the reticular reinforcing layer is pressed and mounted between the first SBS modified asphalt layer and the second SBS modified asphalt layer; and the polyethylene foam layer and the second polyethylene foam layer are respectively bonded at the inner side of the first SBS modified asphalt layer and the outer side of the second SBS modified asphalt layer.
