A towerless water feeder comprises a water tank 1, a hand-operated air valve 2, a hand-operated draining valve 4, a one way check valve 6, a miniature container filter 8, an air replenisher housing 9, and an air supplement valve 10 connected together; when the miniature container filter 8 conveys water, partial waste residue stays in the filter, and the hand-operated draining valve 4 can discharge the waste water waste residue; the hand-operated draining valve 4 and the hand-operated air valve 2 are connected with air so as to fast discharge waste water. When the water excesses the top of the air replenisher in the water tank, the water enters the inner side through the air supplement valve 10; the air supplement valve 10 under the air replenisher is in a close state; when certain portion of the water in the water tank is discharged, the upper portion of the air supplement valve 10 losses buoyancy and automatically closes, the lower portion of the air supplement valve 10 opens, so the waste water is discharged and air simultaneously enters the air replenisher; after the water is completely discharged, the buoyancy is gone, and the air supplement valve 10 in the lower portion can automatically close.
