The invention discloses a spiral early rain water filtration purification device, which comprises a water inlet pipeline, a spiral channel and a water outlet pipeline which are orderly communicated, wherein multi-channel cut-off dams are alternately arranged in the spiral channel along the spiral direction, and outwardly stretch along the radial direction of an inner side wall of the spiral channel and forms a circulation clearance with the outer wall of the spiral channel. The spiral early rain water filtration purification device enables early rain water to enter the spiral channel through the water inlet pipe, separates and precipitates heavy particles such as sediments and the like through the cut-off action of the spiral channel and the cut-off dams because the multiple cut-off dams are arranged along the spiral direction of the spiral channel, discharges the early rain which is treated outside through the water outlet pipe, and can effectively separate and filter sediment precipitates in the early rain water.
