The invention discloses a paper surface gypsum plaster board sound isolation wall, which overcomes the defects that the existing sound isolation wall body has a poor sound isolation effect, the excessive indoor space is occupied, and the construction cost is higher. The sound isolation wall comprises a Z-shaped keel (1), wherein the first side of the Z-shaped keel (1) is provided with a first paper surface gypsum plaster board layer (21); the second side of the Z-shaped keel (1) is provided with a second paper surface gypsum plaster board layer (22); a cavity formed between the first paper surface gypsum plaster board layer (21) and the second gypsum plaster board layer (22) is fully filled with rock wool (4); and sound isolation felt (5) is arranged on the first side and/or the second side of the Z-shaped keel (1). The paper surface gypsum plaster board sound isolation wall provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantage of better sound isolation effect.
