Manufacturing method for high-strength prefabricated building component
A manufacturing method for a high-strength prefabricated building component comprises the following steps: 1, preparing all raw materials according to the following mass ratio: 10% of cement, 10% of fine sand, 30% of glass fiber, 30% of epoxy resin, and 20% of mixed plastic granule; 2, mixing epoxy resin and mixed plastic granule, heating to 60 DEG C and stirring uniformly until all of the mixed plastic granule is melted and forms a dilute paste mixed solution; 3, mixing the dilute paste mixed solution with cement, fine sand and glass fiber, stirring uniformly to form a viscous wet mixture; 4, putting the viscous wet mixture into a prefabricated component die, pressurizing, heating to 200 DEG C and keeping for 10 min; and 5, removing the component die, so as to obtain the high-strength prefabricated building component.
