The invention discloses a construction brick and especially relates to a brick with a decoration/installation hole. During the production, a hole is manufactured in the brick blank, and the brick is characterized in that the hole (2) is arranged in one angle of the brick body (1). The internal diameter of the hole is 2 to 12 centimeters. The brick has the advantage that the wall does not be punched, when circuits and water pipes are installed in a building, the wires or water pipes can be installed directly, the time and labor are saved, and the appearance is beautiful.
