The wheel-clamping carrying trolley comprises a chassis, a longitudinal movement device and a clamping device. The longitudinal movement device comprises a longitudinal movement gear motor, a first transmission assembly and a rolling wheel set, the rolling wheel set is arranged at the bottom of the chassis, and the longitudinal movement gear motor drives the rolling wheel set to roll through the first transmission assembly. The clamping device comprises a clamping gear motor, a second transmission assembly and two clamping rod mechanisms, the clamping gear motor, the second transmission assembly and the clamping rod mechanisms are installed on the chassis, the clamping rod mechanisms are symmetrically distributed at the left and right ends of the chassis, the clamping gear motor drives the clamping rod mechanisms to rotate through the second transmission assembly, and the clamping rod mechanisms act to clamp or loosen an automobile tire. The wheel-clamping carrying trolley can clamp wheels and is free of limitations on automobile types or wheel bases and wide in application range.
