A coded lock is installed on a code case. The code case comprises a case body, a door body, a door handle installed at an outer side of the door body, a clamping plate fixed at an inner side of the door body and forming an interlayer with the door body, and a coded lock installed between the door body and the clamping plate. The coded lock comprises a plurality of pressing devices, a plurality of code setting devices and a linkage device, wherein the code setting devices are used for setting a code, the linkage device is used for unlocking and locking the code case, and the pressing devices are used for users to press to conveniently input the codes. A code case using the coded lock is also provided. The coded lock adopts a pure mechanism type structure, and is simple in structure, convenient to operate and low in cost.
