The locking-type anti-counterfeiting information linkage device comprises a locking-type structure (1) and is provided with a warning module (6), wherein a counting device (2) and a remote communication module (3) are arranged in the locking-type structure; the counting device (2) enters a counting mode when the locking-type structure is opened; when the frequency of incapability of opening exceeds a certain standard at the same time interval, the remote communication module (3) sends warning information to an appointed remote management center (4); a verification input module (5) is arranged on the locking-type structure (1), and a short message verification mode is adopted for opening the locking-type structure (1); the warning module (6) sends corresponding warning information when the locking-type structure cannot be opened; and the opening state of the locking-type structure can be dynamically monitored, and warning information is timely sent out when abnormal opening begins to appear.
