The invention discloses an intelligent door lock and provides a structure with a mechanical door lock upgraded into an intelligent door lock. The structure is simple, is obtained by refitting an existing mechanical door lock, and is low in refitting cost, safe and reliable. The technical problems that in the prior art, cost is high when the mechanical door lock is upgraded into the intelligent door lock, difficulty is large, and the intelligent door lock cannot be applied and popularized are solved. The structure comprises a mechanical lock cylinder and a key inserted in a lock hole of the lock cylinder in a matched manner. A linkage device and an electronic inductor are arranged on the outer end face of the key. The linkage device is provided with a linkage rod capable of sliding in the radial direction. An annular shell is rotationally connected to the outer side end of the portion, corresponding to the linkage device, of the lock cylinder in a matched manner. The electronic inductor is close to an outer port of the annular shell and controls the radial sliding of the linkage rod through a controller. A plurality of strip-shaped axial locking grooves are formed in the portion, corresponding to the outer side end of the linkage rod, of the inner wall face of the annular shell. When the linkage rod slides outwards in the radial direction, the linkage rod is clamped in the axial locking grooves in a matched manner.
