The invention discloses a cabinet structure and a refrigeration device using the cabinet structure. The cabinet structure comprises a cabinet body and a gas spring fixing frame which is vertically arranged on one side or two sides of the internal portion of the cabinet body, wherein a downward compression gas spring and an upward compression gas spring which are opposite in compression directions are arranged in the gas spring fixing frame; an upper cabinet door fixing frame and a lower cabinet door fixing frame which can be drawn out or pushed inside are arranged in parallel towards the outer side of the gas spring fixing frame from top to bottom, and an upper cabinet door is vertically and slidably connected onto the upper cabinet door fixing frame, and a lower cabinet door is vertically and slidably connected onto the lower cabinet door fixing frame. Since a structural design that the cabinet doors can move up and down relative to the cabinet body is adopted, when the cabinet body is opened or closed, the cabinet doors only need to be moved up or down, no additional door opening space is occupied, and the space occupied by the cabinet body is reduced to a great extent and the cabinet structure is applicable to families with compact living environments.
