The present invention provides a roller shutter door motor mechanical sticking prevention apparatus. When a driving motor rotates normally, output torque of the driving motor and torque of a torsion spring are equal and opposite in direction; during the roller shutter door sheet descending process, when encountering obstacles, torque difference is generated between the output torque of the driving motor and the torque of the torsion spring; the force generated by the torque difference drives first clamp proof teeth through second clamp proof teeth to separate the first clamp proof teeth and the second clamp proof teeth, an end surface of the second clamp proof teeth drives a vertical touch rod unit of a touch rod, the vertical touch rod unit drives a sleeve to rotate around a fixed rod, a horizontal touch rod unit rotates along with the sleeve, and a first touch joint on the horizontal touch rod unit is in contact with a first elastic switch; the driving motor is powered off, and the roller shutter door sheet stops descending; when the obstacles are disappeared, a fastening spring reversely pushes the first clamp proof teeth, the touch rod returns, and the first touch joint is separated from the first elastic switch; and power of the driving motor is recovered, the roller shutter door sheet continues to descend, and the descending process of the whole roller shutter door sheet is completed.
