The invention relates to an anti-impact ground-pressure lengthening anchor rod. The anti-impact ground-pressure lengthening anchor rod comprises a front anchor rod body, a rear anchor rod body, a fixed sleeve and a spring, wherein the front anchor rod further comprises a baffle block; the spring is mounted at the left side of the baffle block; the right side of the baffle block is in concentric contact with the left side of the rear anchor rod body; the fixed sleeve is arranged on the front anchor rod body in a sleeving mode; an inner structure of the fixed sleeve is a step through hole; and threads are arranged at one end of the rear anchor rod body, and are matched with the fixed sleeve. The anti-impact ground-pressure lengthening anchor rod solves the problem that the supporting effect of a relatively long anchor rod is weakened with the increase of the length, realizes the application of the lengthening anchor rod by adopting a connecting mode, guarantees the reinforcement of the supporting effect, and improves the tensile strain capacity by virtue of the spring arranged at a joint.
