Safety protection control system for drilling platform elevating mechanism
The invention discloses a safety protection control system for a drilling platform elevating mechanism, and the system comprises a central controller, a plurality of spud leg motor controllers, and a plurality of height deviation controllers. The central controller comprises a first input module, a first processor and a first output module, wherein the first input module, the first processor and the first output module are sequentially connected in an electrical manner. The spud leg motor controllers are used for controlling the speeds, starting and stopping of corresponding spud leg motors. The central controller and the spud leg motor controllers are in end-to-end connection to form two parallel network loops. Each height deviation controller is used for controlling the height deviation of the string of the corresponding spud leg. Moreover, the height deviation controllers and one spud leg motor controller are sequentially in network connection, thereby forming two network lines. The mechanism improves the stability and reliability, prevents a drilling platform from being overturned or dropped during elevating in a control range, and guarantees the normal operation of the elevating mechanism.
