Summer high-temperature plastering mortar additive taking natural sand as aggregate
The invention relates to the field of building materials and discloses a summer high-temperature plastering mortar additive taking natural sand as aggregate. The additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of ethoxyl methyl cellulose ether, 10-20% of guar gum, 10-20% of xanthan gum, 15-30% of sodium tripolyphosphate, 1-5% of magnesium lithium silicate, 20-40% of activated clay and 5-10% of an air entraining agent. The invention solves the problem that in summer, as the environmental temperature is high and natural sand dried for producing plastering mortar is immediately used for producing mortar, the temperature of the mortar is about 70 DEG C, but the performance of a conventional additive at present cannot satisfy the construction and quality requirements in the construction site under the condition that the plastering mortar is at a high temperature. By adding the additive disclosed by the invention, the setting time of the mortar is delayed; the water loss is slow; the consistence loss is little; the water-retention rate is high; the binding strength is high; the strength of the mortar is high; cracking of the mortar is effectively inhibited; and the construction efficiency is improved.
