The present invention discloses an environmental friendly asphalt concrete. The environmental friendly asphalt concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of asphalt, 18-24 parts of fine ores with a particle size of 15mm-25mm, 90-110 parts of cement, 3-6 parts of epoxy resin, 4-6 parts of sodium phosphite, 0.02-1 parts of polyethylene, 6-10 parts of medical stones, 6-10 parts of activated carbon, and 6-10 parts of magnetite. The environmental friendly asphalt concrete provided by the invention has beneficial effects of free of special maintenance during use and free of occurrence of concrete cracking that leads to road cracking phenomenon; meanwhile, the environmental friendly asphalt concrete has an environmental protecting function, and is capable of rapid decomposition of hazardous substances in automobile exhausts.
