High-strength partition wallboard with waterproof function
The present invention relates to the field of construction materials, and provides a high-strength partition wallboard with a waterproof function. The raw materials of the partition wallboard consist of the following components in parts by mass: 270-370 parts of fly ash, 330-430 parts of perlite, 240-320 parts of water, 250-350 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 30-35 parts of methyl sodium silicate, 8-12 parts of a polymer binder, 0.15-0.25 parts of boronic acid, 0.35-0.45 parts of a physical foaming agent, 20-25 parts of calcium silicate powder, 8-12 parts of a concrete water reducing agent. The high-strength partition wallboard provided by the present invention realizes water-proof and moisture-proof functions with the effective combination of auxiliaries of the methyl sodium silicate, polymer binder, concrete water reducing agent and the like. After a water soaking test for 40 days, the wallboard is sawed apart for internal examination, thereby showing that water still cannot penetrate into the internal structure of the wallboard. The compressive strength of the partition wallboard reaches 6 kpa, and the surface density of the partition wallboard is only 60 kg/m<2>. With an ordinary technique, heating is needed after moulding, and maintenance for 7 days is required after demoulding before packaging and shipping. But, the high-strength partition wallboard disclosed by the invention does not need to be heated and can be directly packaged and shipped after demoulding. The high-strength partition wallboard provided by the present invention reaches the leading domestic level in various technical standards.
