High-temperature resistant thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-temperature resistant thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature resistant thermal insulation material comprises the following components: 70-95% of aggregate, 1-10% of a porous placeholder agent, 0.1-10% of a binding agent and 0.01-2% of an assistant; the aggregate is one or more of the following substances: flint clay, high-alumina bauxite, andalusite, kyanite, silicon carbide, brown aluminium oxide, white corundum and the like; the porous placeholder agent is foamed plastic; the binding agent is one or more of the following substances: dextrin, calcium aluminate cement, magnesium chloride, aluminium oxide colloid, water glass and the like. The high-temperature resistant thermal insulation material adopts foamed plastic as the porous placeholder agent, so that the porosity of the material is higher than 75% to more effectively block heat transmission. In addition, the high-temperature resistant thermal insulation material can bear the high temperature of 1600 DEG C to the maximum, has excellent high-temperature resistance, and can be used as both a thermal insulation material and a standby working layer.
