The invention relates to a permeable crosslinked concrete protective paint and a preparation method thereof. The invention is characterized in that the permeable crosslinked concrete protective paint is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of polysiloxane-epoxy resin, 10-35 parts of curing agent, 2-8 parts of permeation promoter, 3-11 parts of film formation assistant, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent and 0.2-2 parts of anti-sagging agent. The permeable crosslinked concrete protective paint can be directly used on a concrete surface with higher water content, is convenient for construction, and can form a compact protective layer on the concrete surface under the permeable crosslinking action, thereby enhancing the permeation resistance, carbonization resistance and abrasion resistance of the concrete.
