The invention discloses an artificial beach volleyball court. The artificial beach volleyball court comprises a beach volleyball court body and a water diversion ditch. The water diversion ditch surrounds the periphery of the beach volleyball court body, and wall bricks are bricked on the two sides of the water diversion ditch; a concrete layer with the thickness ranging from 80 mm to 120 mm and the slope ratio ranging from 40 mm% to 70 mm% is arranged at the bottom of the water diversion ditch; and the beach volleyball court body comprises a drainage layer and a sea sand layer located above the drainage layer, wherein the thickness of the sea sand layer ranges from 400 mm to 600 mm. The invention further discloses a construction method of the artificial beach volleyball court. The construction method and the court have the beneficial effects that the water diversion and drainage effects of the court are good, no water is accumulated in the sea and layer, the court can keep dry for a long term, breeding of bacteria is completely eradicated, losing of the sea sand layer is reduced, and therefore the quality of the court is improved, and the service life of the court is prolonged; a court structure and the construction method are simple and standard, and the cost is low; and the construction method can be implemented in a wet land or a hard land.
