The invention discloses a multi-bit seam cleaning cutter for removing elastic soft embedded fillers in expansion seams of cement concrete pavements. A front bit and a rear bit are arranged on the upper surface of a cutter body, wherein a front cutting edge connected with the cutter body into a whole is processed at the front end of the cutter body, and the front cutting angle beta of the front cutting edge is 30-60 degrees; a front edge protecting block is arranged at the bottom of the front cutting edge; a left cutting edge connected with the cutter body into a whole is processed on the left side of the cutter body, and the cutting angle alpha of the left cutting edge is 30-60 degrees; a right cutting edge connected with the cutter body into a whole is processed on the right side of the cutter body, an outer side wall of the right cutting edge is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the cutter body, and the cutting angle theta of the right cutting edge is 30-60 degrees. According to the multi-bit seam cleaning cutter disclosed by the invention, the expansion seams are sheared by the bits in different angles, so that besides the pavements and the expansion seams are not damaged, the expansion seams are thoroughly cleaned; the removed embedded fillers are not fragmentary, so that the removed fillers are convenient to collect, a working environment and surrounding environments are not polluted, and the seam cleaning efficiency is high.
