The invention discloses an assembled type bridge pier column member with a steel-concrete composite structure. The assembled type bridge pier column member with the steel-concrete composite structure comprises a reinforcing tube embedded in a pile cap, wherein the reinforcing tube is connected with the bottom of the lower section of a hollow steel tube pier and concrete is poured to the connected part; and the upper and lower sections of bridge pier columns are reinforced through a section connecting method and also reinforced through being locally embedded with reinforcing meshes. A steel cross beam is connected with the upper section of the hollow steel tube pier in an assembled way. A pre-stressed tensioning duct is reserved between the steel cross beam and the upper section of the bridge pier column. According to the assembled type bridge pier column member with the steel-concrete composite structure, disclosed by the invention, through the adoption of an assembled construction method, the construction period and construction difficulty are reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, the connecting method is safe and reliable and the construction is convenient to control; meanwhile, good concrete compression performance and good steel tensile property are sufficiently utilized so that the whole member is economic and convenient, the construction of the member is simple and fast and the member has good application prospect.
