Composite bridge deck based on steel and UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)
The invention relates to a composite bridge deck based on steel and UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete). The composite bridge deck comprises a plurality of composite bridge deck standard units which are connected with each other, wherein each composite bridge deck standard unit comprises a steel frame and ultra high performance concrete poured in the steel frame; the steel frames of the adjacent composite bridge deck standard units are connected with each other through bolts and welding seams. Compared with the prior art, the composite bridge deck based on the steel and the UHPC, provided by the invention, is advantaged in that the composite bridge deck using the ultra high performance concrete exerts more excellent mechanical property, lighter weight and higher bearing capacity than the composite bridge deck using fiber grid reinforced concrete; therefore, the composite bridge deck based on the steel and the UHPC can obtain good structural performance; and for example, the composite bridge deck based on the steel and the UHPC is suitable for being applied to a super-long-span steel cable stayed bridge after forming a combined structure together with a steel box.
